[:pb]Uma data dedicada ao reconhecimento das lutas, conquistas e importância das mulheres na sociedade. Para mostrar o valor e a grandeza feminina e celebrar o Dia Internacional da Mulher, a Cooperfrigu realizou homenagens às suas colaboradoras na manhã desta quinta-feira, 08 de março, na área de lazer da cooperativa.

Durante o evento, a empresa sorteou brindes e distribuiu lembranças às colaboradoras. Em seu discurso, a gerente de Recursos Humanos, Kathia Sirlene, falou sobre a importância da presença feminina nos diversos departamentos da empresa e destacou a competência da mulher na execução das tarefas do dia a dia.

“É o dia das mulheres que foram escolhidas para fazerem a diferença, aquelas que cuidam de um filho especial, que tem uma missão bem mais árdua que a nossa e está aqui todos os dias trabalhando, batalhando. É o dia da mulher que luta por justiça social no país, que sofre com a violência e que, acima de tudo, está ali todos os dias lutando para vencer. Vamos continuar lutando, vamos continuar vencendo, pois cada uma de nós aqui temos uma guerreira dentro da gente”, disse a gerente de Recursos Humanos.

Direcionada ao público masculino, a gerente deixou seu recado com diversas dicas de consideração às conquistas femininas. “Valorizem as mulheres que existem na vida de vocês. Quem são essas mulheres? As mães, as esposas, as namoradas, as filhas. Uma coisa é certa, dentro da casa de vocês existe uma guerreira. Muito obrigado a vocês e parabéns a todas as mulheres”, ressaltou.

O vice-presidente da Cooperfrigu, Aelton Camargo de Oliveira, classificou a data como “bela” e lembrou que ela deve ser comemorada todos os dias. “O dia das mulheres não é só hoje. Hoje é a comemoração, porque realmente é um momento especial. Realmente as mulheres, de alguns anos para cá, se pegarmos a história da humanidade, vem ganhando o seu espaço na sociedade como profissional e como pessoa”, pontuou.

“Quero parabenizar a todas vocês por este dia, não só vocês da Cooperfrigu, mas todas as mulheres de Gurupi, todas as mulheres do Tocantins, esposas, filhas, mães para que possam estar crescendo ainda mais como pessoas, seres humanos e profissionais. Parabéns a todas vocês! Que continuem engajadas e crescendo, cada dia mais, na sociedade”, parabenizou Aelton.

De acordo com a psicóloga Márcia Resplandes, as colaboradoras da Cooperfrigu tem um papel fundamental nas conquistas da empresa. “Hoje é uma data muito especial, pois representa a luta pela conquista do nosso espaço do quanto contribuímos como pessoa, mulher, esposa, filha e profissional. Neste momento parabenizamos as guerreiras, determinadas e vitoriosas pelo nosso dia”, celebrou.

To show women’s value and greatness and to celebrate International Women’s Day, Cooperfrigu honored its collaborators on Thursday morning, March 8th, in the cooperative’s leisure area.

During the event, the company raffled gifts and distributed souvenirs to employees. In her speech, Human Resources manager Kathia Sirlene spoke about the importance of women’s presence in the various departments of the company and highlighted the competence of women in the execution of day-to-day tasks.

“It’s the day of the women who have been chosen to make a difference, those who take care of a special son, who has a mission much more arduous than ours and is here every day working, fighting. It is the day of the woman who fights for social justice in the country, who suffers from violence and, above all, is there every day fighting to win. We will continue to fight, we will continue to win, because each of us here has a warrior inside us”, said the manager of Human Resources.

Directed to the male public, the manager left her message with diverse tips of consideration to the feminine conquests. “Cherish the women who exist in your life. Who are these women? Mothers, wives, girlfriends, daughters. One thing is certain, inside your house there is a warrior. Many thanks to you and congratulations to all the women”, she said.

Cooperfrigu’s vice president, Aelton Camargo de Oliveira, described the date as “beautiful” and recalled that it should be celebrated every day. “Women’s day is not just today. Today is the celebration because it really is a special moment. Indeed women, from a few years to now, if we take the history of humanity, has been gaining its space in society as a professional and as a person”, he said.

“I want to congratulate all of you for this day, not only you Cooperfrigu, but all the women of Gurupi, all the women of Tocantins, wives, daughters, mothers so that they can be growing even more as a person, human beings and professionals. Congratulations to all of you! May they continue to be engaged and growing, more and more, in society”, Aelton congratulated.
