COOPERFRIGU Foods contributors participate in Study Mission in Rio Grande do Sul 22 de November de 2018 COOPERFRIGU Foods always invests in the training of its employees offering them lectures, courses, trainings and several other practices of knowledge that sum up not only to the success of the company, but also in the personal life of each one involved. Through this employee enhancement policy, it offered to 12 of its employees, in partnership with the National Cooperativism Learning Service (SESCOOP / TO), a Study Mission linked to the Business Management MBA in Cooperatives in the state of Rio Grande do Sul , starting on the 18th and ending on Thursday, November 22. The goal is to visit the Cooperatives’ cradles in order to know management and governance processes, as well as the principles and values of cooperativism, showing the expressive strength it has in the South region of the Country. Thus, a global vision is sought in a deeper way, being able to apply it in the reality of the cooperatives and in the scenario of management in development of people, promoting the intercoorporation. During the course, local visits were made to cooperatives in the cities of Porto Alegre, São Bento Gonçalves, Nova Petrópolis and Lajeado. During the visit to Cooperativa Santa Clara in the city of Bento Gonçalves, the advances were observed in the application of robotic intelligence in the operational processes. Since its incidence, 6,000 liters of milk per hour are produced, with the help of 3 employees in the process. “In this mission that we were offered, the importance of innovation, technology and Industrial Automation is noticeable. The automated system improves a company’s productivity by increasing the number of items produced per hour by seeking to reduce production costs and increase quality. These experiences added knowledge not only in the social context but also through management, generating a positive impact on the productive process of Cooperatives, “said Márcia Resplandes, a Cooperfrigu psychologist and participant in the Mission.
