[:pb]A NR- 35, é uma norma que estabelece requisitos e medidas de proteção para trabalho em altura, envolvendo o planejamento, a organização e a execução, de forma a garantir a segurança e a saúde dos trabalhadores direta ou indiretamente com esta atividade. Em seu contexto ela estuda normas regulamentadoras, ABNT, internacionais e dentre outras que são de grande valia.
Pensando na segurança dos seus colaboradores a Cooperfrigu Alimentos em parceria com o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Cooperativismo (SESCOOP/TO), ofertou nos dias 08 e 09 de fevereiro, a capacitação da NR-35 para funcionários responsáveis pela manutenção, Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) e da Brigada de Incêndio.
O treinamento teve 08 horas de duração sendo divido em aulas teóricas e práticas, o qual foi facilitado pelo Bombeiro e Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho, Reginaldo da Silva. O instrutor expôs os riscos nos trabalhos realizados em altura, abordando tópicos como; gerenciar os perigos, uso de materiais e equipamentos, resgate de vítimas suspensas, primeiros socorros e dentre outros estudados.
Pensando nessa estrutura, começou a despertar nos participantes a curiosidade de como inspecionar um equipamento, verificar as condições em que se encontra, contextualizando muito bem a parte teórica das normativas, podendo acompanhar simulações se situações delicadas.
“A Cooperfrigu é uma empresa estruturada pelo pouco que conheço, uma empresa que tem um produto com boa entrega, e claro, amarrando esse produto a qualidade dos funcionários no trabalhar, precisa estar sendo nivelada. Pensando desta forma creio que a empresa só tem a ganhar com esse treinamento, todos os participantes viram várias técnicas que são cruciais para trabalhar com mais segurança, aprendendo a adaptar situações, verificando ainda as condições de risco. Tudo isso visando família, bem-estar e claro a empresa” Disse o instrutor Reginaldo.
Para Alex Sandro Moreira Ferreira, Engenheiro de Segurança do Trabalho e presidente da CIPA, a NR-35 é bem-vinda no ramo industrial, principalmente para a equipe de manutenção elétrica, mecânica e civil, que exercem atividades em altura quando necessário, no entanto considera que saber quais medidas prevenção tomar, minimizam essas hipóteses.
“A empresa pensa de forma correta ao investir em treinamentos. Para nós que percorremos toda a empresa diariamente em busca do anormal, com certeza, a partir de então estaremos mais atentos a pequenos detalhes e assim solucionarmos corretamente” Pontuou Alex Sandro.

The instructor exposed the risks in the work carried out in height, addressing topics such as: management of hazards, use of materials and equipment, rescue of suspended victims, first aid, among other subjects studied.
Thinking about this structure, the participants began to arouse curiosity about how to inspect an equipment, verify the conditions in which it is, contextualizing the theoretical part of the regulations very well, being able to follow simulations if delicate situations.
“Cooperfrigu is a well-structured company, for what I know, a company that has a product with good delivery, and of course, tying this product to the quality of employees at work, needs to be leveled accordingly. Thinking in this way I believe that the company only must gain from this training, all the participants saw several techniques that are crucial to work more safely, learning to adapt situations, while also verifying the risk conditions. All this aimed at family, well-being and, of course, the Company”, said the instructor Reginaldo.
For Alex Sandro Moreira Ferreira, Work Safety Engineer and President of CIPA, the NR-35 is welcome in the industrial branch, mainly for the electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance team, who carry out height activities when necessary. However, considers that knowing what preventive measures to take, minimize these hypotheses.
“The company thinks correctly when investing in training. For us that we cross the whole company daily in search of the abnormal, for sure, from then on we will be more attentive to small details and thus we solve correctly”, pointed Alex Sandro.
