With the support of the National Service of Learning and Cooperativism of Tocantins (SESCOOP), the female audience of the Cooperfrigu deboning sector participated in a lecture on the theme, Interpersonal Relations and Conflict Management, on Monday, 19, facilitated by Me Ricardo Frade, graduated in Psychology.

The objective of the talk was to talk about the challenges of building good teamwork and the two pillars of this construction, where the first step is to create good interpersonal relationships and improve the quality of this daily bond. This knowledge will serve as the basis for the accomplishment of a good work together, having a positive effect on production and also on the conflicts encountered.

The speaker also explains that when there are several people  in one place, the differences have consequently appeared with greater ownership and the way in which they will be negotiated becomes the differential so that the team can achieve success in a productive and assertive way in what it proposes to do.

For the person in charge of the sector, Núbia Araújo, the course was of great importance for a better daily living among the collaborators in the work environment. “The course came to add content to us women, so that we can understand and respect contrary opinions and help others in their difficulties.”

The lecture took place in the auditorium of the company, lasting two hours, and at the end was offered a delicious snack.
