On the afternoon of last Thursday, 07, employees participated in a lecture given at the Cooperfrigu auditorium with the theme Leadership and Team Motivation. The event had the partnership of the National Cooperativism Learning Service (Sescoop).

The speaker, Ângela Rebouças, a psychologist specializing in business management and coaching, used dynamic methods to teach leadership aspects, applying content absorption tests and individual and group work, as well as motivational activities aimed at forming successful leaders in the field business.

“This interactivity is an essential part of adult education. When you put them as protagonists of your own story, it causes the exchange of knowledge and not the knowledge of a single person in front of a group. At the moment we make this interaction, the knowledge and experiences are shared ” said Angela about the group dynamics.

For Deboning Sector manager, Flávio Regis, lectures like this are welcome in the organizational environment, especially for those who are ahead of the job, dealing with large numbers of people on a daily basis and practicing leadership. Activities like this are well evaluated by the employees, since they motivate and enable the team as a whole.
